We’re seeking a dynamic Client Executive to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
As a Client Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, blending technical expertise with strategic vision to expand our reach and deliver exceptional MEP solutions. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture client partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering to leverage their skills in a client-facing, growth-driven role.
What You'll Do:

- Uncover and pursue new opportunities in the Design/Build MEP market
- Craft and execute sales strategies to hit a $500,000 annual revenue target
- Represent Solutions AEC at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Strengthen Client Relationships

- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with current and prospective clients
- Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness and care
- Bridge communication between clients and project teams for seamless execution

- Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective MEP solutions
- Gather feedback and resolve concerns to boost satisfaction and loyalty
- Track sales, client interactions, and project details in our CRM system
What You'll Bring:
- P.E. licensure with 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including design of HVAC and plumbing systems
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or client management within construction or MEP sectors
- Proven success in hitting sales targets and fostering client relationships
- Strong grasp of Design/Build MEP processes, building codes (IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, ASHRAE), and market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships with stellar organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bonus: Knowledge of LEED documentation, sustainable MEP solutions, or Phoenix MEP markets
